Thank you for choosing our services! Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

Order Processing:

All orders are processed and packaged within 7-10 days of being placed, not including weekends and public holidays. If your order includes a pre-ordered item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. We do not ship items separately.

Shipping Within Australia:
 
We use Australia Post and occasionally Sendle for deliveries. All shipments originate from Perth, Western Australia, and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and details on how to monitor your shipment.
